Fit & Flex Classes

Tuesdays and Wednesdays:

5:30 - 7:00 PM

This class is perfect for any athlete who wants to improve on overall flexibility, while also making sure they're conditioned to achieve the skills and stunts our sport demands!


Each class is 40 minutes of full body circuits focused on cardio and strength.

By utilizing multiple rounds of circuits broken down into a 30 second work/ 15 second rest ratio, you will be able to get your heart rate up and body moving, followed by 40 minutes of stretching and flexibility training and drills before a cool down at the end of each class

Each class is geared to fit all levels from beginner to advanced, and will start with a short stretching warm up and end with extended yoga cool down!

Open to ages 5 to 18, with limited space available in the class to provide athletes with proper instruction!


Fit & Flex is limited to just 10 athletes per class!

Classes are able to be pre-registered online through the links above, or through your Parent Portal link!​
