Flex Class

Tuesdays: 5:00 - 6:00 PM

This class is perfect for any athlete who wants to improve on overall flexibility, to achieve the skills and stunts our sport demands!

 

Each class consists of full body stretches and drills, focused on overall flexibility.

Each class is geared to fit all levels from beginner to advanced, and will start with a short warm up, followed by 45 minutes of stretching!

Open to ages 5 to 18, with limited space available in the class to provide athletes with proper instruction!

 

Fit & Flex is limited to just 10 athletes per class!

Classes are able to be pre-registered online through the links above, or through your Parent Portal link!​
