CONDITIONING

 

TINY CONDITIONING (Ages 3-6): Mondays 7:00-7:30

CHEER CONDITIONING (Ages 7-18): 7:00-7:30

Each class consists of a full body workout, focused on cardio and strength.

By utilizing multiple rounds of circuits broken down into a 30 second work/ 15 second rest ratio, you will be able to get your heart rate up and body moving!

Each class is geared to fit all levels from beginner to advanced, with circuit stations set up in a way that they may be modified for each athlete to have the most utilization!​

 

Cheer Conditioning is limited to just 10 athletes per class!

Classes have limited space available, pre-registration is highly recommended for ALL athletes!
